Once your online order arrives/you've purchased products in our store and the products are in your possession, what happens to the products is solely the customer's responsibility. If product care instructions that are provided on the product labels and on our website are not followed, products will decay as they are organic and do not contain preservatives. We are not responsible for any products that are broken, become moldy, or are lost and do not issue replacements for these items.
Issue with products (arrived broken, wrong item, etc)
Any issues with broken products must be communicated with Lakota Made LLC within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. We will not provide replacements for items if you contact us after the 14 day period. Please click here to read our full shipping and broken product replacement policies.
