Ingredients: stinging nettle leaves.

Product comes in a resealable paper bag with approximately 2.5oz of loose leaf tea.

Uses: brew 1-2 teaspoons in hot water for 3-5 minutes. At the rate of 2 tablespoons per cup twice daily there is a roughly a month supply of tea.
