Shipping policy

We ship Monday Through Friday, orders placed after 11 am central time on Friday are moved to Monday's shipping. 

Typical shipping and processing time.  3-5 days to process and 3-5 days for shipping. 

*Due to the current situation (COVID-19) shipping may be delayed up to 7 to 10 days.*  You will be notified if your order is delayed for that length of time. Once the order has left our facility we have no control over shipping, or shipping delays please check your tracking number provided to you in your shipping notifications

Exchanges / Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping.  To get replacements orders pictures of the damaged boxes, broken items MUST be submitted to clare@lakotamadellc.com along with a damage claim made to the post office. *If you do not send pictures or USPS claim we will not send replacements, this is not negotiable.*

If the replacements are damaged in the mail more than once per order no refunds or further replacements will be provided and no refunds issued.

Wrong address/ Insufficent address/ Returned Orders

Lakota Made LLC does not enter your address, the shipping labels are automatically populated from the information YOU enter, if you enter a wrong address please email clare@lakotmadellc.com BEFORE your order ships to ensure delivery of your order.

If the order is returned to Lakota Made LLC due to a wrong address we will send you a link to pay for shipping and your order will be re-shipped to the corrected address you provide for us.  We do NOT pay for re-shipment of wrong addresses, undeliverable, insufficient addresses, etc
